Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel your booking on any of our retreats by emailing buddhafieldnorth@gmail.com or filling in the contact form on the website.

Refunds:

• If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat, we will issue you with a refund of 90% of the amount you paid.

• If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat we will issue you with a 50% refund.

• If you cancel 10 days or less before the retreat we cannot issue you with any refund.

If you would like to donate all or part of your refund to our bursary fund that helps people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford our retreats, please let us know.
